Cool song. I like music like that, that moves around through the keys.

I can relate to the lyrics as well.

I cant believe I've never heard of them. Shit, their old as well  Grandpa

Yes the bass sounds easier than the rest of the composition.

But this is an advanced course pissed session.
You have to study be really pissed before taking this one on.

The key is knowing the tune and beat in your head really well first.

I'm ass about face with this one, as I haven't heard it enough yet to sink in.

Yes old Matt there has some good lyrics for sure, youll have to hear the rest of the albums I have eh?

Found yet another amplifier, this ones a valve 30 watt one says "National" on the front, needs a little bit 'o fiddling to run right.

Someones been jiggery pokering around in it, and no it wasn't me  Debilos-1

For those into valves, this one has 3 12AX7s in it and 2 50C5s push pull for the output.

Beautiful!

More progress on the amp Im going to use.

I've decided to convert the 30 Watt National valve PA amp into my bass amp.

I've pulled out the girls blouse 50C5 output valves which I discovered were only good for 2.3 watts each at 10% distortion!

I've installed 2 6V6GTs in push pull, bulldog would know those bottles, they were in everything at one stage.

I dragged out my trusty AVO CT160 valve tester and sorted a good matched pair.

I've installed the new sockets and wired them in, I just have to sort out some power supply issues.

It should be good for 30 watts output again with a LOT less than %10 distortion!

Ill update more when I get to do more to her.

Oh and I found a nice old Realistic branded 3 way loudspeaker to use until I make a proper men's bass bin  Tears

At least the Realistic speaker box has a 10 inch woofer in it anyway.

Still waiting for the nut.

In the mean time - Image is deliberately small to hide the rub and tug shine until hand over day.  Chicken

30 watts and 10 inches will be heaps for a practice amp.

Here's what a 20 watt head can do into a cabinet
